Our first custom engineered system-built home was constructed in Fairfax County, Virginia in 1977. We are licensed in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland and work closely with our customers and manufacturer to make the construction process simpler than conventional construction. While we prepare your site, your new home is already under construction by carefully trained craftsman using superior materials and the latest technologies. Your home is constructed in a factory controlled environment, providing protection from the elements regardless of the weather.
