We are an authorized Builder of Mod-U-Kraf Homes. Mod-U-Kraf has been building homes since 1971 and has continued to grow in the engineered home building business. Located in the "Land Between the Lakes", Rocky Mount, Virginia, they are able to build and transport quality built housing over an eleven state territory.

Our first engineered system-built home was constructed in Fairfax County, Virginia in 1977. At that time, we were Northern Valley Builders.
